My data has been lost.

No, your data has not been lost.

Our system never deletes your data without your permission.

Only when you delete the data yourself will the data be deleted.

If data is not displayed in the app, it is most likely that data loading has failed. Please try the following method.

  • Reload by pulling the screen down to load the latest data.
  • Quit the app and restart the app to clear the data cache that has built up in the app.

If the above does not solve the problem, it is a bug in the data loading area of the app.
